Cardamom Powder

Cardamom Powder can be made in advance and bottled in an airtight container for future use.

To make the Cardamom Powder

Dry roast about a handful of the whole cardamoms for a few minutes till it becomes slightly bigger in size.
Cool and grind it into a fine powder.
This way, you make use of the whole cardamom pod without throwing away the skin!!

Note: You may use a drop of ghee to fry the pods too if you wish!!
